These terms of service apply to every visit to and every order placed through our Lysorra webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Product information

We do our best to display product information, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color/display may occur due to screen settings. Obvious errors or typographical errors are not legally binding.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is finalized once payment has been successfully completed and you have received an order confirmation by email. Payment can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
• Delivery times are approximate. Sometimes delays may occur due to carriers or busy periods.
• If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received anything, please contact us immediately.

5. Returns & Refunds

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt according to our Returns and Refunds Policy. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the amount according to the terms of that policy.

6. Warranty & Defects

If your product is defective or not working properly upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 48 hours at info@lysorra.nl with a photo or video. We will then find a suitable solution (e.g., replacement or refund).

7. Use & Safety

Our products are intended for normal and safe use. Always follow the instructions provided. Lysorra is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, negligent use, or use contrary to the instructions.

8. Liability

Lysorra is not liable for:

• indirect damage (such as consequential damage or lost savings),
• delays by carriers,
• damage caused by incorrect or improper use of the product.

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of your order.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Lysorra or its partners and may not be copied or used without written permission.
