Returns and Refunds Policy – ​​Lysorra


1. Return period (30 days)

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt.

2. Conditions for returns

In order to process a return, we ask:

  • The product is unused and in original condition (to the extent reasonably possible).
  • The product should preferably be returned in its original packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons, used products (e.g. hair appliances with visible signs of use) cannot always be accepted.

If the product is damaged or has been used more than necessary to assess it, there may be a reduction in value.

3. How do you register a return?

Register your return by email: info@lysorra.nl

Please state the following:

  • Order number
  • Name + email address
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (only if damaged/defective)

You will receive return instructions from us within 24 hours.

4. Return costs

The costs for returning are:

  • At your own expense, unless the product was delivered defective or you received an incorrect item.


5. Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method.

  • Refund within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.

6. Defective or incorrectly delivered product

Did your product arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong one? Please contact us within 48 hours at info@lysorra.nl with a photo or video. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution right away.

7. Exceptions

Returns may be refused if:

  • The product has clearly been used (hygiene/safety).
  • The product is damaged due to use or improper handling.
  • Returns outside 30 days will be registered.
